I used two water sprays. One was squirting streams of water and second was spraying water mist. Also, I had flash behind the swimmers at and angle on the left. This way all the water particles and droplets were showing off. Otherwise you wouldn't see them at all :) Hope it makes sense :)&lt;/p&gt;
